If you are not 100% satisfied with this laptop, you may return it for a full refund within 7-days. Please note, however, that buyer is responsible for shipping (including the cost) the laptop back to us.
The 30-day limited warranty covers hardware defects. It does not cover software issues, neglect, or unauthorized repair or hardware upgrades. In the unlikely event that you do encounter a hardware defect, please call or email our office during our regular business hours (M-F, 9a-5p Central Time) to submit a warranty claim.
Extended Warranty Available
We believe in the quality of our laptops and know that you will have years of enjoyment with this laptop. However, even though this laptop was designed for high quality and reliability, we recognize that all electronic components will eventually fail. All of the coverage below is available for purchase within 30 days from the listing end time and will also cover all associated hardware upgrades purchased with the laptop.

Shipping and Handling
Our normal handling time is within 3 business days after receiving cleared payments to process your order, perform final quality assurance (QA) testing, and securely prepare and package the laptop for transit. Note that business days do NOT include weekends and holidays. Cleared payments received after 3 p.m. Central Time will be processed the following business day.Any upgrades and/or color changes will require 2 additional business days to complete the order.
Free shipping is provided via Fedex Ground. You should receive a tracking number within 3 business days. If you have NOT received an email with the tracking number after 3 business days, please email us for the latest status. Once you receive your tracking number, please refer to the Fedex map below for the estimated transit time based on your location.
For an additional fee, you can upgrade to the Expedited (Fedex 3-Day Express) shipping. Please note that this is only an upgrade in the shipping method, the handling time is still 3 business days.
