Store Policies

We Do Electronics Direct Store offers the following Returns Policy:

Policy

  • All items are against DOA warranty.
    If you find anything wrong with the item, please don't hesitate to contact us for an exchange right away.
  • Warranty covers replacement or repair.
  • Please return the item to store before we send out the replacement.
  • All items if we do not specify its condition then be assumed as used.

  • Shipping/Handling
  • All items are packed well.
  • All items will be shippied out within 1 business day for parts and up to 3 business days for complete systems.
  • We combine your shipping fee for multiple items
  • Local pickup is available. Local pickup fee is $4 for parts and $10 per order.
  • Returns

    1. We will offer full refund or exchange if all the following conditions apply:

  • If the product is returned due to our mistake
  • The buyer notifies us and we approve the request for refund/exchange.
  • Product is returned within 15 days after we ship the order
  • 2. We will not offer refund if any of the following conditions apply:

  • Product is returned incomplete/damaged
  • The product is returned damaged due to improper Installation, used or packed by buyer
  • Electronic products are not installed by certified technicians/ certified stores
  • Product is sold AS-IS
  • 3.The S&H fees generated due to refund/exchange transaction are under the buyer’s expense

    4.S&H fees in ALL CASES are not refundable. No matter what reason, if the Item (s) is returned to us, the buyer is responsible for S&H again for re-shipment of the item (except if we shipped to the wrong buyer address).

    5. Returned products will be subject a 15% restock fee.

    We do not ship to any address other than the one provided on your payment page. Please make sure your address is updated.

    5.Any purchases that need to be canceled per the customers request will be subject to a Flat Cancellation Fee that is $5.00 (due to advertising and administrative costs).

    Warranty

  • DOA warranties are in effect up to 3 days after item is received. After 3 days, sale is final. DOA warranty does not cover cost of shipping. In the event that you receive an item that you feel is defective, please thoroughly test the item before sending it back, and send us an email notifying us that you will be sending it back.
  • Due to the nature of online transactions with electronic parts for laptops, in order for the DOA warranty to be valid, you MUST have a certified professional install the item, and be able to prove it.
  • DOA Refunds/Replacements:
    Once we receive the item back from you, we will verify that it is the same item we sent and then test it to make sure it is indeed defective. If the item tests good, then we will ship the same item back to you within 3 days. If it tests defective, and we have more of that item in stock, then you will be shipped a replacement. If we do not have anymore in stock, then you will be issued a refund.
  • Warranty Exclusions

    Our warranty does not cover the following:

    Products that have been modified, neglected or poorly maintained, misused, abused or involved in accidents or natural disasters.

    Damage occurring during shipment of the product (such claims must be presented directly to the freight forwarder or shipping company).

    Damage to the product resulting from improper maintenance or repair, the use or installation of parts and/or accessories that are not compatible with the original intended use of the product, or the failure to follow the product warnings and usage instructions.

    Damage or deterioration to the surface finish, aesthetics or appearance of the product.

    The labor costs required to remove and/or refit and readjust the product covered by this warranty.

    Normal wear and tear to the product.


    Or, any products for which the Customer does not follow the warranty procedures outlined above.

    Limitations Of Liabilities

    If you decide to send us your laptop for service, you've read and accepted the below terms and conditions.
  • Customer hereby assumes all risk of loss of data from any and all causes or in any way related to or resulting from the sales, repair or service by Cachuapapa store.
  • Customer hereby releases Cachuapapa store from any claim or liability related to any losss of Data.
  • Please be sure you take or have back up of your data before purchasing our services. We make our self very clear here that if you have important data in your computer then you must take back up of data and insurance before shipping it out. Damage cause by fire, theft, testing or any other causes are beyond our control. We are not at all responsible for shipping mishandling, please be sure you purchase insurance while shipping your laptop to Cachuapapa store.
